Last Saturday DM held their annually Serious Tour. This year Serious Request was held in Apeldoorn and 14 brave cyclists from DM were going to ride from Maastricht to Apeldoorn. The cyclists left at 7.45 AM in front of the building of UMsports. Behind the cyclists Merel and Maud rode in the club car (Polly) to ensure a safe trip.

Despite the many flat tires (nine in total), the group had a nice pace and the trip was going well. After 140 km it was time for a well-deserved lunch in Nijmegen. Finally, the group reached Apeldoorn at 6 PM after they rode 190 km.

DM collected with the Serious Tour an amount of €1145,- for the Red Cross! We want to thank everyone who contributed to make this happen!
