The board of Dutch Mountains is responsible for ensuring that all tasks are carried out throughout the year and holds final responsibility. The board organizes training sessions and activities, publishes the DuMa magazines, maintains contact and coordinates with UM Sport, MUSST, the KNWU, and other external partners, finds sponsors, handles clothing orders, and much more.

The board must include at least a President, a Secretary (who also acts as Vice President), and a Treasurer. In addition, roles such as Activities Commissioner, Racing Commissioner, PR/Sponsorship Commissioner, Mountainbike Commissioner, Media Commissioner, or Equipment Commissioner can be filled on the board, but these are not mandatory.
