President
The President is the most important member of the board. They lead the general members’ meetings and serve as the main point of contact for DM’s external relations, such as the KNWU and MUSST. In addition, the President motivates the other board members to complete their tasks on time.

Secretary (and Vice President)
The Secretary is responsible for all communication, both internal and external. They take minutes during meetings, manage the Dutch Mountains mailbox, and create newsletters. The Secretary also serves as the Vice President and steps in when the President is unavailable.

Treasurer
The Treasurer manages all financial matters. They prepare the annual budget at the start of the year and ensure that all payments and collections are made on time.

Activities Commissioner
The Activities Commissioner is mainly responsible for organizing events and members’ weekends. Together with their committee, they organize these events and work to make them successful.

Racing Commissioner
The Racing Commissioner is responsible for all races in which DM members participate. With the help of their committee, they manage transportation, registrations, the club competition, the race calendar, and encourage members to race.

PR/Sponsorship Commissioner
The PR/Sponsorship Commissioner handles all public relations and sponsor contact. They visit sponsors, create sponsor newsletters, and manage all promotional and sponsorship materials, including team clothing.

Mountainbike Commissioner
The Mountainbike Commissioner is the lead for mountain biking activities within DM. They create an MTB tour calendar, are responsible for BATS training sessions, and coordinate MTB race participation.

Media Commissioner
The Media Commissioner is responsible for producing the club magazine (DuMa), maintaining the website and social media, and collecting photos and videos from events and races.

Material Commissioner
The Material Commissioner manages all materials owned by DM. They maintain the inventory, track borrowed items, and repair or replace equipment as necessary. They also manage and lend out the club van.

Wolder Commissioner
The Wolder Commissioner organizes our annual student race, the Ronde van Wolder. They make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, the event day goes off without a hitch, and that everyone has a great time.
