Road Cycling
There are two official DM training sessions each week, both led by a coach from UM Sports or a board member. The meeting point for every training is the entrance of UM Sports.
Tuesday evening:
On Tuesdays, we depart at 18:30 (18:00 in early spring and late fall) for a ride of 50 to 60 kilometers led by the board. These rides are split into multiple groups per level, so that everyone is welcome! In November, road cycling will be replaced by a one-hour spinning session at UM Sports.
Thursday afternoon:
On Thursdays, there is a training session at 14:00, where the average pace will be around 27 to 29kph for two hours. This is followed by a ‘all levels’ DM training session at 16:00, similar to the one on Tuesday. Both rides last two hours and are led by a coach from UM Sports. In winter, the first group will start at 12:00, and the second training will begin at 14:00.

Mountainbike
For the mountain bikers, during the regular Tuesday training hours, mountain bike rides are arranged through the dedicated WhatsApp group based on demand. These rides are coordinated by the mountain bike commissioner. If there is more interest, additional training opportunities can always be considered.
